The best part of working with Chris is that I always looked forward to seeing him. A lot of workouts and trainers can be monotonous. Chris’ workouts are the exact opposite. His exercises are innovative and unique, and he alters them to strengthen your specific weaknesses.
I played competitive basketball in high school and had a hard time putting on weight. Instead of building big muscles, Chris focused on my core and center of gravity. It helped immensely with lateral quickness and rebounding. So much so that I finished second in the league in rebounds senior year behind Aaron Gordon, who is now in the NBA. Several years later I still use some of Chris’ core exercises in my own workouts.
